My Story
Providing Services from Diverse Experiences
I was born in New Delhi, India and then raised in Toronto, Canada and now living in Atlanta, which has provided me with the opportunity to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds. I moved to Georgia to pursue my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia (go Dawgs!) and went on to complete my internship and fellowship with the Emory University School of Medicine. Upon licensure, I obtained my Board Certification from ABPP in Clinical Psychology.
Additionally, I provide clinical teaching and supervision to psychiatry residents at Piedmont Healthcare in Macon, GA and also serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and our two toddlers, going for walks with our rescue pup, trying new restaurants and catching up on all the latest reality TV shows!
